Hello, my name is Freddie and we are based in central London. I have over 24 years’ experience in the water industry as an independent contractor. Our primary focus is on offering a personal, tailor-made service on Water Financial Accountability and Sustainability Management.
Water Key Accounts operates as a Water Management Lead within a company or organisation our responsibilities are to define strategy; this involves a combination of deep industry experience, vision and the ability to translate complex thoughts and ideas into a meaningful and coherent plan, present the ideas to both technical and non-technical team members and provide coaching and mentoring to carry them out. My experience in water management has been drawn from a wide range of industries; airports, sports stadia, pharmaceutical, universities and manufacturing. Using Data loggers since 1990 has always been a key part in achieving successful results. I have designed bespoke software on water profiles and costing to assist in presenting, setting and measuring targets in a clear and easily understood way.
Over the last 24 years I’ve been directly advising some of the UK’s largest companies on water management strategies. In those early years, when water was inexpensive, the challenge was convincing companies that financial savings could be achieved by implementing basic water management strategies. Over the last 24 years WKA services have expanded considerably, saving clients tens of millions of pounds.

My Professional Experience
In total I have about 24 years’ experience providing expert advice to a variety of UK businesses and organisations. During my professional career I’ve intentionally kept my experience broad and my related skills as up-to-date as possible. As an independent contractor all my clients directly benefit from my broad experience.
Principal Expertise and Experience Covers:
Personal Experience
I began working in the industry in the early 1980s and became an independent contractor in 1990. One of my first clients to directly benefit from my expertise was Brunel University where I carried out extensive research on the site to identify and action areas of water savings.
Having won several contracts with large companies and organisations in the early years, it enabled me to gain valuable hands-on onsite experience which has benefitted many clients over the last 24 years. The water industry has been evolving in the last 25 years from a time when no one really considered the cost of water, to today, where cost, management and sustainability are all key concerns.
Being in the industry for as long as I have and managing water for recognisable clients long term has enabled me to develop the business, catering for individual clients’ bespoke requirements.
